Welcome to Camp Kokanee!
Camp Kokanee is a small artist online shop and fictional campground. Our goal is to encourage anyone of any age to become a steward of the earth. We welcome everyone with open arms and fins to become a Kokanee Scout and Forest Friend!
The digital campground, Camp Kokanee, is inspired by the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It hosts an abundance of native and non-native flora and fauna like black bears, mule deer, sandhill cranes, aspens, Ponderosa pines, and of course, Kokanee salmon! It has an abundance of activities like hiking, fishing, gardening, arts & crafts, canoeing, along with events like the famous Fall Fish Festival and the annual Spring Bioblitz.

Meet Pebble, Camp Kokanee’s magical Forest Friend!
Forest friends are created when a nature object like a branch, log, or pebble is loved so much by a creature they come to life. Pebble and his friends work hard in the camp to teach people how to become stewards of the earth.
Our friends over at Trails & Vistas collaborated with us to create “The Dreaming Tree Field Journal” where you can complete fun art activities, learn about the Washoe tribe, and become an environmental steward at any age. Whether you're a passionate collector or a curious mind, Camp Kokanee has something special just for you.
